Alligator Coffeecake™
A favorite of our pecan loving customers! Roselyn starts off with our rich layered Danish Dough; we roll in a generous portion of our old world cinnamon pecan filling. Alligator’s are proofed and baked to a golden brown color. After cooling, they are hand iced with our rich butterscotch icing and pecans.
Roselyn Recipe™ Pastries are baked with Grade “A” Butter, whole eggs, sugar and milk for a delicate 'melt in your mouth' goodness!
Each Alligator Coffeecake™ is shipped in a single 15oz (425g) clam-shell package. Shelf life is 4 days thawed and can be refrozen.
